The Distributorship and Distributor Subscription Policy describes the terms and conditions for your participation in Healthity Network. The terms "Distributor,” "you," and "your" are referring to you, the applicant. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Expanded Vision Group, Corp. and its house brand Healthity.

As a condition of a Distributor who resides in the United States receiving commissions from Expanded Vision Group, Corp., the Distributor must complete the Distributor account enrollment process and submit his or her Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) to Expanded Vision Group, Corp., which will enable Expanded Vision Group, Corp. to transmit an IRS Form 1099 to the Distributor at the end of the calendar year. The TIN can be provided to Expanded Vision Group, Corp. by forwarding an IRS Form W-9.

As a condition of a Distributor who is a non-U.S. person receiving commissions from Expanded Vision Group, Corp., the Distributor must complete the Distributor account enrollment process and provide to Expanded Vision Group, Corp. a completed IRS Form W-8BEN. Failure to provide a Form W-8BEN when requested may lead to tax withholdings.

Our company is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal data provided to us, including that of our Distributors. All personal data collected from Distributors will be handled in accordance with the provisions outlined in our Privacy Policy. AGREEMENT DURATION

This Distributor Agreement will become effective on our acceptance of your Distributor application and will end when it is terminated by either party in writing.

Expanded Vision Group, Corp. reserves the right, in its discretion, at any time and without notice, to terminate this Distributor Agreement. The exercise of this right, however, will not affect the status of any existing cash commission that is still due and payable to the Distributor.

GENERAL INFORMATION

As a valued member of Healthity Network, you have a choice to become an Ambassador or Legacy Distributor, each offering a distinct spectrum of benefits and responsibilities.

Ambassador Distributor:

Initial Investment: An initial investment of $750.00 is required (post-discount amount, excluding shipping and tax). This allows you to benefit from a 47% discount on our selection of Treatments and/or Products originally valued at the amount of $1,416.00.

Standard Affiliate Commission: Through your personal affiliate link, you will earn a 25% commission for each sale made through the Healthity Network eStore, removing the need to maintain physical inventory.

Standard Affiliate Commissioning Residual Income Program: Participate in a multi-tiered residual distribution program, extending through five levels beyond your direct sales. This program bestows additional commissions derived from the original 25% direct sales commission as follows:

First level: 25%

Second level: 15%

Third level: 12%

Fourth level: 5%

Fifth level: 3%

Please note all commissions are calculated based on their corresponding post-discount amount, excluding shipping and tax.

Active Status and Discounts: To maintain active status, a monthly reinvestment subscription of $ 75.00 post-discount amount is required. This allows you to benefit from a 27% discount on our selection of Treatments and/or Products originally valued at the amount of $81.00.

Volume-Based Discounts: Ambassador Distributors can make volume purchases through their Upline Sponsor’s volume-based affiliate link for either personal consumption or resale. Higher volume purchases enable the following tiered discounts:

$2,000.00+: 56% discount

$1,500.00+: 53% discount

$750.00+: 47% discount

$450.00+: 41% discount

$1.00+: 27% discount

Upline Residuals for Volume Purchases: From your volume purchases, the distribution of residuals to your upline network is structured as follows:

Ambassador Distributor’s Direct Upline Sponsor: 7% of the total order amount

Second level: 3.5% of the total order amount

Third level: 1.75% of the total order amount

Fourth level: 0.875% of the total order amount

Fifth level: 0.4375% of the total order amount

Please note all commissions are calculated based on their corresponding post-discount amount, excluding shipping and tax.

Legacy Distributor:

General information stated above regarding the Ambassador Distributor, their benefits and responsibilities also applies to Legacy Distributors. The information below specifies additional benefits applicable solely to Legacy Distributors.

Additional Investment: Becoming a Legacy Distributor requires an additional investment of $750.00 into your eStore, fully integrated with E-commerce capabilities.

Personalized eStore: Legacy Distributors are entitled to configure their Personalized eStore Landing Page, reflecting their sales philosophy and environment, and may set custom prices on their Treatments and/or Products. Additionally, any applicable Services from a Legacy Distributor that are promoted through Healthity Network will be subject to custom commissioning rule(s) determined collaboratively with Expanded Vision Group, Corp.

Shared Terms for Ambassador and Legacy Distributors:

Distributors consent to collaborate with Expanded Vision Group, Corp. concerning the appropriate use of the Distributor’s name and likeness in accordance with legal and regulatory obligations, thereby ensuring all activities adhere to disclosure requirements, confidentiality obligations, privacy restrictions, and any applicable governance.

This policy aims to provide a clear and concise understanding of your esteemed role within Healthity Network, ensuring transparency and mutual prosperity within this collaborative setting.

WE REQUEST OUR DISTRIBUTORS TO

Connect with their followers, friends, family, and contacts through social media and personal conversations to inform them about our brand.

Advocate for Healthity across various social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

Distribute Healthity's blog posts and YouTube videos.

Enlist new like-minded Distributors to become part of the Healthity Network.

Boost Healthity Network sales using social media, direct communication, and any other effective methods.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT

As a Distributor, you agree to discuss and promote Healthity products in a reasonable manner. We advocate for the expression of your originality, the exploration of your innovation, and the embodiment of genuineness in your social media postings.

When conducting marketing activities, Distributors shall only use personal data in a manner that is consistent with the consents obtained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Distributors must not use personal data for any purpose that a customer has not agreed to.

When sharing information about their personal experiences with Healthity products, Distributors are required to avoid making any health-related statements that are not in alignment with the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA) and the guidelines of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. It is imperative not to imply or even subtly hint that Healthity products have therapeutic effects, such as "treating," "curing," or "preventing" diseases in any of their communications.

FTC COMPLIANCE

Distributor is required to comply with all Affiliate Disclosure requirements imposed by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. If the Distributor mentions Healthity products and/or services in a digital medium (e.g., social media, blog, etc.), the posting must be accompanied with a clear and prominent disclosure of Distributor's relationship to Healthity. Hashtag-only disclosures are insufficient.

DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this policy frequently.
